レイヤー越えが出来ない人たち - Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

中間レイヤ（抽象化するソフトウェアレイヤ）を差し込むなんてことがコンピュータリソース的に考えられなかった頃の層に根強い気がするな。今は中間レイヤを活用した物理レイヤのシンプル化とインフラの柔軟化をしないなんてことがヒューマンリソース的に考えられなくなりつつある過渡期のように思える。
